Grace Baptist Church in Airdrie, Alberta is seeking an individual for a full time position as a Worship & Prayer Pastor/Director to start mid August. This person will be responsible to arrange and coordinate worship and prayer opportunities for the congregation at Grace to engage in. Key duties will be in overseeing the worship bands and tech teams, reaching the community through music and prayer initiatives, and recruiting new musicians and tech personnel. Grace Airdrie has a wide demographic of people from young families to senior adults, a congregation of about 400 people, and two Sunday morning services. The city of Airdrie is a great place to live, with a population of 85,000 and all the amenities one would need.
