What's Your Next Step?
Please use the Next Step Form to the right to contact our staff and let us know you are ready to take your next step.
Salvation is the most important moment in any person's life. It is the moment that the God of all creation enters into our lives and completely changes everything. God moves us from death to life in that moment of salvation. It may seem really complicated, but it is actually simple. God wants to be united with you so He can give you the gift of salvation. Now it is your job to reach out to God and take the gift that is offered you. To know more about this, visit http://www.graceairdrie.ca/ConnectingtoGod.
After you have experienced the miracle of salvation, it is time for you to tell people about it. The best way to do that is through baptism. Baptism is symbolic and a public declaration to tell the church and your friends & family about your new relationship with Christ, which makes baptism one of the most meaningful steps you can take. To take this step, please visit http://www.graceairdrie.ca/Baptism and then prayerfully consider contacting us so that we may meet with you and see when you can take this step.
So you are ready to join Grace Baptist Church? This is a step of commitment. No, this does not mean we are going to ask you for more money. The commitment is that you are ready to be a part of the mission and vision of Grace Baptist Church in reaching the community of Airdrie. If you have been saved and baptized through believer's baptism, then you are ready to take this next step! To review our Membership Covenant, visit http://www.graceairdrie.ca/Membership.
When we manage money God's way, the results are life-changing! Is your next step tithing, giving more, budgeting, or financial help? Giving does not always mean God wants you to give your money. He night be asking you to give your time or even your talents to help expand His kingdom. If you would like to obtain a giving number so you can receipted for your donations, please email our Finance department.
Joining a Group
Who are your people? We know it's important, but it's hard to build lasting friendships. What if taking one simple step changed everything? At Grace, we're trying to make it easier for you to find people who share your interests. We know that when you get together with people and have fun, you'll begin to grow into a strong community that serves and grows together. What if you are one step away from saying, "These are my people"?
Serving God allows us to worship Him in a way that is as unique as we are. Using the gifts that God has given us and allowing Him to work through us is an expression of our love to God and our gratitude to Jesus for saving us. We have the perfect example of a servant leader in Christ Jesus. We show others Christ when we serve.
Are you praying and asking the Lord to lead you to the next step? Could it be leading a small group? Could it be mentoring a new believer? Could it be teaching a class? Could it be serving in the kitchen or nursery? Could it be doing missions work in another country? Whatever it is, the reality of that calling would involve you stepping out of your comfort zone.
